Terms of Service

  1. The service. Saves stores links you share into it, can sort them into folders and lets you share folders with people you invite. You need an Apple or Google account to sign in. You must be at least 13 to use Saves (16 in the EEA).
  2. Your content. The links, notes and folders are yours. By sharing a folder you allow its members to see and add to it. Do not save or share content you have no right to, or content that is illegal, abusive or harassing. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: we remove reported content and close the accounts that post it. Report a save or a folder in the app, and block any member; a person reviews every report and acts on it within 24 hours.
  3. Third-party sites. Saves fetches public previews from the pages you save. The pages themselves belong to their owners and have their own terms. Copyright complaints: email freemansseo@gmail.com with the link; we remove the stored preview within two working days.
  4. Sorting is optional. If you allow it, Saves asks Anthropic's Claude to pick a folder for each link. It can be wrong: move a save when it lands in the wrong place. Turn it off in Settings at any time.
  5. Availability. The service is provided as is. We can change or stop features, and we keep backups only for a limited time. Keep your own copy with Export your saves in Settings.
  6. Accounts. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can close accounts that violate these terms.
  7. Paid features. If a paid tier exists, its price and what it includes are shown before you buy, and subscriptions renew until cancelled through the App Store or Google Play.
  8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.
  9. Governing law. The law of the country where Yiftach Freeman is established (Israel) governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live.
  10. Changes. We post updates to these terms on this page with the date at the top; continued use after that date means you accept them.
